Laughlin Ranch Services Fiber Systems is now offering video phone service (Video Phone flyer) as an additional feature of our Digital Direct phone service. There are two ways to use the service. You can purchase a video phone to call another video phone. The other way is to download the video softphone software on to your laptop or pc and along with a headset you can make video calls to other video enabled devices. There is no extra cost for the video service as long as you already subscribe to our Digital Direct phone service. High speed internet service is needed for video phone service.

Laughlin Ranch Services Fiber Systems is also highlighting the features and increased capabilities of Digital Direct phone service. This includes “Call Blast” which allows you to have calls go to your home, cell, work or any phone that you like, up to five locations simultaneously or sequentially. You can now manage your account settings on line with the new voice control panel. Listen to your voice mails online, change settings, etc. All this at no additional cost!

For the business users we have IP Fax available. This allows you to receive your faxes as pdf attachments in your email. Receive your faxes wherever you can check your email! Between the Call Blast and the IP Fax you can take your business on the road with all the conveniences of working at home.

The new Premier 25 Mbps super high-speed package is now available. Many residents took advantage of the 2 two-week free trial periods to enjoy a month of the fastest residential Internet service in the Tri-State area. If you missed the free trial, call in for your two week trial, no cost and no obligation. At the end of the two weeks it will revert to your current speed unless you request to keep it. In addition to the 25 Mbps package, the speeds for the existing packages were increased to 5Mbps, 8Mbps, & 10Mbps, at no additional cost! The HOA Internet package provided to all HOA members has been increased by over 50%. ”

Just a note: Laughlin Ranch Services Fiber Systems can provide up to 100 Mbps to any home in Laughlin Ranch. Higher speed packages are available upon request.

Laughlin Ranch Services Fiber Systems has increased the amount of television channels in its Silver package by over 30% which is provided to all HOA members. New channels include CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and more. Laughlin Ranch has added additional channels to its other packages as well, all at no additional cost. The Gold Package has seen an increase of 21 channels at no additional cost.
